We're Hiring! Join our team

Community 4707 e.V. is looking for a Development Manager to work on the upcoming season of our main project, the Freeform Tradition Festival. In this role, you will identify and apply for grant opportunities, as well as cultivate and solicit corporations, individuals and foundations to make the next edition of Freeform Tradition possible.

About Community 4707

We create cross-cultural projects that bring together creative professionals and cultural managers to explore and reinterpret both tangible and intangible cultural heritage. Through these collaborations, we foster dialogue, spark new ideas, and present fresh approaches to artistic expression.

Our aim is to develop contemporary forms of intercultural cooperation—creating spaces where people from different cultural backgrounds can meet, exchange, and create together.

About Freeform Tradition Festival

Freeform Tradition is a music festival and inclusive platform for presenting, interpreting, and experimenting with diverse musical traditions. It proposes new ways of engaging with tradition—geographically, culturally, and creatively—offering audiences the opportunity to encounter, understand, and embrace unfamiliar forms of musical expression.
Freeform Tradition features artists and projects from around the world who engage with cultural heritage, reinvent traditions, and showcase them in fresh, unexpected, and sometimes contradictory contexts.
